The garden gate and fence surrounding The Rob Schouten Gallery Sculpture Garden was created by Jim as are the iron pedestals on which some of the art sits.

THE KILN
Bernacki with the kiln frame he built for the folks at Whidbey Clay Center in Freeland, Nov. 2025. This project was started from scratch, without a blueprint. Jim figured out how to design and fabricate what will be a working kiln. Amazing!
The kiln had to be built in pieces for transport.
